CALLING ALL ARTISTS – Get massive exposure!

The new Steinlager Pure Series event is underway!

Thanks to the success of 2010′s monster effort and an expected boost in sponsorship this time around, we will be releasing dates and headline acts later this year with an even larger line up of more amazing live musical acts, art exhibitions, competitions, free giveaways and NZ culture from every orifice.  This sensational all-rounded event will continue to push the boundaries of holistic entertainment with loads of visual effects to stun your senses.  It’s the only event of it’s kind and we are absolutely revving to get you involved…

For those that missed the last Pure Series, where were you?  The Steinlager Pure Series is a celebration of New Zealand’s culture around the world, focusing on the ‘Purity’ of art, music and culture.  We present NZ’s BEST heart thumping electronic performers ranging from DnB to Pure Funk, with over 20 acts coming to Australian shores to perform at our largest most popular venues.  In contrast there will be live art shows featuring artwork by leading cultural artists, and a full fledged design competition posting major prizes for up and coming artists. We are NOW LOOKING for any artists wishing to be involved regardless of Nationality (It’s ok not to be kiwi, we forgive you)  Artistic mediums include Digital Artisits, VJ’s, Painters, sculptors, graffiti artists, animators, poets, singers and dancers.  Selected entries will be uploaded and actively promoted via the Pure Series website and various sponsor sites with an estimated viewership of over 20,000.   The top percentage of artists will also perform or present their creations LIVE at the event with a winner taking home some serious, serious prizes.

I’d like to tell you more about the MUSIC and venues but for now you will have to wait til the official announcements later this year.  We can tell you that only NZ’s most exciting nightclub acts and producers have confirmed, and that special unreleased songs will be written specifically for the event.  I can also tell you that we expect large numbers of entries for the competition so getting involved early improves your chances of making the final selection.
